- Rights-Issue of Shares and Securities: An issue of shares or convertible securities is made by an issuer to its existing shareholders as on a particular date fixed by the issuer (i.e. record date), it is called a rights issue. The rights are offered in a particular ratio to the number of shares or convertible securities held as on the record date.
- Private placement of shares and securities: issue of shares or convertible securities to a select person or group of Institutional Placement Programme (for Listed Companies) persons not exceeding 200 in the aggregate.
- International Financing: Cross-border transactions with foreign business partners, such as customers, investors, suppliers and lenders.
- Raising of funds from Angel Investors: A person who invests in a new or small business venture, providing capital for start-up or expansion.
