- Filing of Single Master Form (SMF) in respect of issue of securities to foreign investor: A new reporting structure for FDI related transactions in which they have combined different reporting into a single combined form.
- Complying with provisions of FEMA with respect to issue/ transfer of shares in FC-GPR and FC-TRS: Forms related to RBI reporting in relation to issue/transfer of shares to Non-residents.
- Filing of annual return on foreign liabilities and assets (FLA): An annual return to be filed with RBI by the Companies which has either made ODI or received FDI.
- ODI: Requires RBI reporting when investments made in the overseas entities by way of contribution to their capital or subscription to the Memorandum of Association of a foreign entity or by way of purchase of existing shares of a foreign entity either by market purchase or private placement or through stock exchange, but it does not include portfolio investment.
