Company Secretaries of India. He started his career in 1989 with Dalmia Group and has worked
in various capacities with reputed Industrial Houses. During his tenure he has handled various
kinds of issue of securities viz. public issue, right issue and bonus issue; dealt with all India
Financial Institutions / Banks, SEBI, Stock Exchange(s), ROC, RBI, FIBP etc. Headed the
Secretarial Department of various Companies, ensured compliance and suggested economical
methods of raising funds for expansion / diversification and setting up of new projects. Now
looking after litigation, Company Law, SEBI & Corporate Law matters of the clients.
